President's Message
Listen, then work. Not the simplest way to
do business.
It's simply the best way to do business.
It sounds so easy when you talk about it in a brochure, in a sales
presentation, or on a web site. But the actual practice is a little tougher. Make that a lot
tougher.
Nevertheless, we are dedicated to this way of doing business. Partly
because as hard as it is, it's easier than flying blind. And partly
because it just seems like the way it ought to be done.
Of course, all this listening wouldn't be worth anything if we didn't
have the technical capability to do something with what we hear. Over the
years, we've developed not only a top-drawer technical staff, but a
support system that makes the most efficient use of that technical staff.
