Rick founded NMS  in 1990, after many years of ownership of a highly successful mechanical construction/fabrication company.  He has 25+ years of mechanical construction industry experience and provides NMS  with the strong leadership that makes the company devoted to "100% Customer Satisfaction 100% of the Time".

Rick is associated with Excellence Alliance, ASHRAE, NFPA, and ACCA, along with many 
other civic associations through the company and personally.

Dana has been an NMS  employee for three years, specializing in control systems for commercial applications.  He has experience with several major manufacturers' temperature control systems.

George has been with NMS  for 7 years and is responsible for the  Service Department.  His group maintains all HVAC equipment for over 3000 residential and commercial customers, and also handles plumbing and refrigeration service calls.  George is a member of many organizations related to HVAC and is President of RSES (Refrigeration Service Engineers Society.)

With 18 years of experience in the HVAC field, Tony works with customers in determining, designing and implementing the best system for their needs in new and existing construction, both residential and commercial.  Tony has been with NMS  for 8 years and has a universal refrigeration license, is certified for underground and flexible stainless steel gas piping, and residential and commercial duct design.

Rick has the responsibility for all financial and customer service aspects of NMS, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Financial Reporting, Office Operations Management, Management Information Systems, and Human Resources.
